Cancellation Policy

Please give us at least 8 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule a training appointment, boarding reservation, or Board & Train stay. Notice is measured from your scheduled appointment or check-in time.

Call (772) 489-1157 or email info@pawsunleashedusa.com with your name, your dog’s name, and the appointment or reservation you need to change.

Training appointments

Private training appointments require at least 8 hours’ cancellation notice. With less than 8 hours’ notice, the session counts as used. Emergencies are reviewed individually.

Boarding and Board & Train reservations

With at least 8 hours’ notice before check-in, any reservation deposit paid can be refunded or transferred to one available start date. One date change is allowed without an added charge when at least 8 hours’ notice is given, subject to availability.

With less than 8 hours’ notice before check-in, any reservation deposit paid is retained as a reservation charge. Emergencies are reviewed individually.

If we cancel

If Paws Unleashed USA cancels your reservation before check-in, you may choose a refund of the amounts paid or reschedule.

Early pickup and additional services

Refunds or credits for early pickup are determined from the services already provided and the reason for pickup. Extra boarding, travel, special care, and training extensions require an agreed written price before the additional service begins.

If an emergency affects your plans, contact us as soon as possible so we can review your situation.
